Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following mental health services provided by the Mental Wealth Campaign:

∙         Mental Wealth Support – Telephone assessments are available through our support services, Vick’s Helpful Hotline, on 403-585-2611. Following the telephone assessment, all booking for mental health services and classes must be booked and paid for via https://www.mentalwealthcampaign.com 

∙         Mental Wealth Services – these will be delivered on-line/remotely and must be booked and paid for via https://www.mentalwealthcampaign.com 

 

About Us

 

We are the Mental Wealth Campaign, a company limited by2383783 Alberta LTD, whose registered office is at 2 Mcrae St, Okotoks, Alberta T1S1A8

 

Our website www.mentalwealthcampaign.com (‘Website’) is provided and operated by the Mental Wealth Campaign.

 

References to “Appointment, Bookings or Orders” means the ability to book or schedule appointments via the Website.

 

References to “We” or “Us” or “Our” shall be references to The Mental Wealth Campaign.

 

References to “You”, “Your”, “User (s)” or “the End User” shall be references to you, the customer or permitted user of the Website.

 

References to “Terms”, “Agreement” and “End User License Agreement” or “EULA” mean the terms and conditions herein and any other terms that govern Your use of the Website.

 

References to “Website”, or “site”, means the Website and all sub-domains of the Website (unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), associated software and services which are a part of the Website.

 

References to “Services” means those mental health services, content, materials, systems and information made available to You and users of the Website.

Payment

 

All payments are due monthly. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any item/service purchased. If no payment is received, access to item/services will be withheld. 

 

Refund Policy

 

A refund may be issued as a result of a complaint should it be deemed appropriate. 

 

Cancellation

 

Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. 

 

Complaints

 

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to mentalwealthcampaign@gmail.com There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

 

Legalities

 

All services provided by the Mental Wealth Campaign are not guaranteed to improve or contribute solely to any mental or physical health condition, and are not substitutes for given medical advice. Any harm, mental or physical, is of no responsibility of the Mental Wealth Campaign. 

 

These terms and conditions are applicable to all of the Mental Wealth Campaign’s membership services, including community, professional and community support memberships.
